Eastern Railway Recruitment 2017 – Sports Quota Posts: Eastern Railway, Kolkata has announced a notification for the recruitment of Outstanding Sports Person for the disciplines of Archery, Athletics, Cricket, Weightlifting, Power lifting & Other (Category 1 & 2) vacancies against Sports Quota (Men & Women) for the year 2016-17. Eligible candidates may apply in prescribed application format on or before 08-02-2017 at 17:30 Hrs & 23-02-2017 at 17:30 Hrs for remote areas. Age Limit: Candidates age should be 18 to 25 years as on 01-07-2017.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Degree from a recognized University or its equivalent for Post 1, 12th class (+2 Stage).
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on trial and interview.
Examination Fee: Candidates should pay Rs.500/- (Rs.250/- for SC/ ST/ Women, Minorities and Economically Backward Classes) payable in Indian Postal Order (IPO Payable at GPO, Kolkata) drawn in favour of F&CAO, Eastern Railway Kolkata.
