Last Minute Tips & Strategy for NIACL Assistant Prelims Exam 2017

We are providing you Tips & Strategy to crack NIACL Assistant Exam which is going to be held on 23rd and 24th April 2017. In this article we will discuss about how to approach each section to enhance your no. of attempts and expected level of questions.

Note: For every wrong answers there is a penalty of 1/4 mark.

I. Reasoning Ability
Marks  –35

Time Duration – 20 minutes

2. Seating Arrangement – Circular/ table/Line (North & South)- 5/10 Q – Moderate
3. Puzzle – 5/10 Q – Moderate to High
4. Inequality – 5 Q – Moderate
5. Miscellaneous (Alphabetical, Direction & more)- 5 Q – Easy to Moderate
6. Coding Decoding 5 Q – Easy to Moderate
Topic wise Preference
  • First Attempt: Syllogism, Inequality, Blood Relation
  • Time consuming: Seating Arrangement, Puzzle
Note: If it is inward outward sitting arrangement, then try to solve it at the last.
II. Quantitative Aptitude:
Marks  – 35
No. of questions – 35
Time Duration – 25 minutes

1. Data Interpretation (DI) – These questions cover different forms of D.I. based on Tables, Pie – Charts, Bar Graphs, Missing DI, etc. – 10 Q – Easy to Moderate
2. Number Series – 5 Q – Moderate
3. Simplification / Approximation – 5 Q – Easy to Moderate
4. Quadratic Equation – 5 Q Easy to Moderate
5. Miscellaneous Questions – 5 Q (Easy to Moderate)
6. Data Sufficiency – 5 Q – Moderate
