Gujarat High Court invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment to 109 permanent posts of Stenographer. Only eligible candidates need to apply.
Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria, may apply online from 01-08-2017 to 15-08-2017. Before filling online form, applicants must read carefully all the information about eligibility criteria and other norms.
While filling online form, candidates must have scanned copy of their recent passport photograph & signature. Applicants must have personal e-mail ID and Mobile Number, which should be kept active during the recruitment process.

Important Dates :
Starting date of online application: 01-08-2017.
Last date of online application: 15-08-2017.
Date of Stenography / Skill Test: 08-10-2017 .
Date of Viva Test (Oral Interview): November / December 2017.
Selection Process :
Selection will be based on Stenography Test and Viva Test. Stenography Test of 60 Marks and Viva Test shall be of 40 Marks.

Those candidates securing minimum 50% Marks in the Stenography Test, shall only be eligible for being called for Viva Test (Oral Interview), which will be of 40 marks. Final Merit list will be prepared on the basis of 50% Aggregate Marks obtained by the Candidates in Stenography/Skill Test and the Viva Test.
Fee Structure :
Application fee of Rs.250/- for SC/ST candidates and Rs.500/- for General & OBC candidates is to be paid by Cash Voucher.
Procedure to Apply :
Online form will be filled from 01-08-2017 to 15-08-2017. Candidates must go through notification carefully and satisfy themselves of their suitability with regards the essential qualifications for the posts and the age limits before filling online form.
Applicants should fill details in the online form at the appropriate place very carefully and upload their scanned copy of passport size photograph and signature. After submission of online form, candidate should take a print out of the online form , and keep with safely for future reference.
