UPPCL Recruitment 2017: 2662 Posts (Stenographer & Office Assistant), Apply Online


2662 posts of Stenographer and Office Assistant in Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) will be filled up on permanent basis through online mode.

Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria, may apply online from 25-07-2017 to 12-08-2017. Candidates are requested to carefully read the instructions regarding qualifications, subjects, fields of specializations and job requirements etc to filling online form for the posts.

While filling online form, candidates must have scanned copy of latest passport size coloured photograph & signature and valid personal email ID & Mobile Number.

Mode of Recruitment :
Selection for Stenographer Grade-III will be based on Written test and Typing test. Written test will be (CBT) in 2 Parts.

Part-I will be in NIELIT of CCS based of Computer Knowledge, which will carry of 50 objective type questions. Every correct answer will carry 1 marks and each worng answer 1/4 marks.

Those candidates will qualify in Part-II, they will be shortlisted for Hindi and English Typing. Final selection will be based on Merit list.

Selection for the post of Office Assistant Grade-III will be based on Written test and Typing test. Written test will be (CBT) in 2 Parts. Part-I will be in NIELIT of CCS based of Computer Knowledge, which will carry of 50 objective type. Every correct answer will carry 1 marks and each wrong answer 1/4 marks.

Part-II:
  • General Knowledge: 25 Marks.
  • Logical Reasoning: 45 Marks.
  • General Hindi (12th level): 55 Marks
  • General English: 55 Marks.
Candidates will be called for Typing Test on the basis of Marks in Part-II Exam. Typing test will be of 20 marks.
